The Western Bay of Plenty District Council requires all stallholders to have a health & safety plan. Please submit your H&S plan with your application. A template is available for you to use if you don't have one. See the purple buttons below. Just add/amend as you need or use your own version.
Health & Safety - We will run the event in all weather as long as it is safe to do so.
We have a no refund policy for any cancellations due to the Covid-19 pandemic
We have vendor packaging expectations so that we can compost our waste instead of sending it to a landfill. This is a requirement for food vendors - please read the Terms & Conditions and/or ring Kelly for further clarification.
The Summer Fair supports those who make and sell quality. This means preference is always given to NZ made, handmade, and high quality
There are no pre-booked sites
Communication by email is preferred
Waihi Beach is a popular destination - please organise your accomodation requirements as early as possible
The Application process
Applications open from June each year. The last day for applications is 30 November or when all of the stall spaces have been taken. Email notification for applications will be sent to stallholders on our contacts database. If you would like to recieve these notifications please email .
Step 1: Download the stallholder Application Pack (CLICK HERE) or click on buttons below, complete and email it back to firstname.lastname@example.org You will need to include images of your stall/wares.
Step 2: Your application will be processed and if successful you will be emailed and asked to pay your stall fee. Payment is required to secure your stall space.
Step 3: You will recieve your payment confirmation & receipt via email.
Step 4: Further instructions will be sent in the first 2 weeks of December which will have your stall number, site plan, parking pass etc. This will be sent via email and will arrive before Christmas.
Step 5: The day of the Summer Fair arrives and we all have an amazing day :)
